2011 Grand Caravan side driver side door (not powered) does not lock & close properly,
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: no will check fuses, could it be battery? as we had to boost on the weekend
JA: Are you fixing your Grand Caravan yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just starting have done nothing yet
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Low voltage from the battery can cause this problem. I would start with a battery test before looking at a door lock actuator or latch issue.
