Customer Question

Rack and pinion wearing out on 2001 Dodge Neon causing power steering fluid to foam out of its containment.
JA: When was the fluid last checked? Have you heard any whining noises while turning the wheel?
Customer: Have to check it everyday. Moaning and whining constant.
JA: Are you fixing your Neon yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Mechanic wants $700 for the job. Says it's mostly for parts.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
