My horn isn't work. It doesn't work when I lock the car

Customer Question

My horn isn't work. It doesn't work when I lock the car either.
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 05 rt
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, I wanted to check the fuse but I can't find my owner's manual so I don't know which fuse it is or where the fuse box is located.
JA: Have you checked the manual yet? Most vehicles have two fuse panels.
Customer: I was going to go on line to look for a copy of the owner's manual.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: When I accelerate from even a slow start I hear a clunk at when it changes from 1st to second.

What type of Dodge is it and is the airbag light on?

I can't afford the $25. Please tell me could it be a blown fuse? Which fuse box would it be and where is it located so I can check. If it isn't the fuse what else can it be?
Expert:  Cary York replied 1 month ago.

It is fuse# ***** in the under hood fuse panel. Here is a wiring diagram.
