Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. The tail and running lights in your truck are powered through the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). The TIPM is the under hood fuse box and contains electronic circuits for supplying voltage/current to many of the truck's electrical systems including the exterior lights. Sometimes the TIPM "locks up" and needs to be reset. Try this for me: Disconnect the negative battery cable(s) for 2 minutes and then reconnect them. See if the lights will now work. Let me know if they do. If not, then we will need to do some circuit testing with a volt meter or 12 volt test light.

Tried that didn't work. Used a test light and got no power to the left side and the right side.

Ok, I will look up the wiring diagram and see where the circuit is coming out of the TIPM and get back to you. Then we will test it there.

Be back asap.

Before we go any further, check fuse # 16 in the TIPM. Use your test light. Turn on the lights and then probe both little test tabs on the fuse with the light. The light should power up on BOTH tabs. Let me know what you find.
