Good morning and welcome to JustAnswer!!

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

When you replaced the power steering pump did it come with the pulley attached or did you install the pulley? Did you get the pulley adjusted correctly if you installed it? Have you removed the belt and spun all the pulleys to see if you can duplicate the noise?

Talk soon,
