My blower motor stays on high even in the off position. It will turn off when the ignition is shut off. I have changed the resistor the blower and the relay. What is the fix.

Hello and welcome to just answer and allowing me to assist you. For this to happen it must be completing the circuit some where past the motor to a ground. I will give you a wiring diagram that may help trace it to the problem. Does it have all speeds when you turn the blower motor switch or just stays on high? if that's the case I would start off with the switch, does this have climatic control or just standard manual control?
