Hello and welcome to just answer. Did you bleed the fuel lines to the injectors after replacing the pump?

Didn't think I had to since I was getting fuel to the injectord

No, on that engine you have to do that. Loosen the fittings on about 3 of the injectors ( about one turn ). Then crank the engine 15 seconds at a time, pause do it again. Then when the engine acts like it wants to start, tighten the fittings and continue cranking. It will eventually start. Let me know how it goes,
