Hello and welcome!

My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.

Expert:  Amedee replied 24 days ago.

Are there any codes in the computer?

Can I start by getting your VIN?

Thank you!

Customer: replied 24 days ago.
no codes
Expert:  Amedee replied 24 days ago.

Thank you for that information. Did you check for codes in the integrated power module? This module that is located under the hood supplies power to the fuel pump. If there is no power to the fuel pump, then check the wiring from this module to the fuel pump. If the wiring checks out good, then the integrated power distribution module is at fault. You can try to disconnect the battery and hold the cables together for 5 minutes to reset the capacitors inside the module and that might do the trick. If not, the module is bad and will need to be replaced. Here is a wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit.

hold the + an - together
Expert:  Amedee replied 24 days ago.

Thats correct. AFTER both are disconnected from the battery. Once the battery has been removed from the electrical system, you can hold them together.
