2- have you checked for spark

3- fuel pressure

NOTHING HAPPENS AT ALL. The ")ETC(" light stays on. Nothing goes to engine.
Customer: replied 22 days ago.
no security light. Turn on key, all bells work, but the "electronic throttle control" light stays on and nothing happens.

Can check some basic things ,i need more info to give an accurate answer

1- do you have 12 volts on battery

2- check ground cable on battery for being loose or corroded

3-check the ground from frame to engine block

Best will be a scan using a Chrysler scanner or equivalent to retrieve fault codes, you can read pending & history code with dealer scanner

but for now can we check battery voltage

Customer: replied 22 days ago.
12 volts, clean connection. Battery 4 months old.

Even connected the emergency booster battery to car battery, no difference.
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 22 days ago.

it could be several things , i will be guessing , with out a scan with factory scanner

don't have to be dealer ,but advance auto ones they do free for you , want do .

it is not a common issue where i can tell you , change this and that will fix it

i seen them do that from throttle body to PCM to a bad ground etc...
