The V.I.N for my 2005 Dodge Caravan 3.3 L *1D4GP25RX5B238546*
I was just reading that the PCM might need to be updated.
Expert:  bill replied 3 months ago.

the pcm has NOTHING to do with those functions, what is your skill level you will need to do some tests with a good test lamp and be able to read and follow a wiring diagram.

corroded wiring is a very common problem on these older caravans

Good with a multi-meter. Tell me where to start
Expert:  bill replied 3 months ago.

not a multi meter a TEST LAMP you need to know if there is any CURRENT coming out the wire a multimeter will only show voltage and not current.

a good test lamp an be had at any parts store for under 10 bucks

fuse 14 is the IOD fuse and feeds the radio, and body computer which powers the interior lamps and locks if you are SURE this fuse is ok (using a test lamp check for power in and out of the fuse at the fuse's test points) then you need to lift the UNDERHOOD fusebox and check for power at the GREY wire with a RED stripe in connector C7 link to the connector location below

IF you have power coming out (TESTED WITH A TEST LAMP) then there is a corroded or broken wire, in that case you will need to open (CAREFULLY) the wiring and trace the wire to the splice indicated in the diagram look carefully at the document and print /save it for reference it is only up a few days

let me know the results

Just please tell me what to test thank you.

Turn the key backwards nothing. Not a thing.
Expert:  bill replied 3 months ago.

I gave you very explicit instructions on what to test, if you cannot perform these tasks then your skill level will prevent you from properly diagnosing this and repairing it, if you cannot read and follow the diagram I sent then I suggest a pro to perform the repairs
