Customer: Old battery was dead - now have new battery
JA: What is the model of your '14 Dodge?
Customer: WHen car is off, battery is still getting a draw unless fuse #14 is removed
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: it seems to be related to power doors and accessory power
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** is usually caused by a shorted instrument cluster, have you tried disconnecting the cluster and seeing if the draw is still there?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
no - is that easy to do?
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 1 month ago.

you have to remove the instrument cluster, then unplug it, if the draw goes away, then you have a bad instrument cluster and it will need to be replaced, we do alot of these for this problem,Tim

Ok, is there a video available somewhere (youtube?) that shows how to remove the dodge instrument cluster?
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 1 month ago.

I have not seen a video for this, but you remove the bezel around the cluster, then there are 4 bolts holding the cluster into the dash, then it pulls straight out, then it can be unplugged,Tim

Ok, I removed the cluster. The battery still shows a draw when I plug in Fuse #14 in the rear.
