98 dodge 1500 keeps blowing wiper fuse on high
JA: Do all the fuses have the correct amperage for the circuits they're in?
Customer: Yes
JA: Are you fixing your B1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: New motor and milti funtion switch. Trying to find a wiring schematic. No luck
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Does the wiper signal run through the computer?

I'm not getting a signal geound ro the relay now. I probably smoked that module.

At the wiper fuse I had a dead short to ground but could not find the problem with that circuit.

the module is the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment...they call it an ipcm...
