Customer Question

Have a 2004 dakota the turn signals on the interior and exterior are lit constantly with a audible buzz and wont go off even when the keys are out of the ignition
JA: Can you turn the steering wheel at all? And what about the key? Is it worn or damaged?
Customer: No problem with either
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: At this time I just disconnected the battery so I didn't drain it completely
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: The lights were steady. No blinking at all
