Ok, I need the model of your 2014 Dodge as well as the exact engine size.

Possible causes are faulty PCM, high speed fan relay or wiring harness short to ground or open circuit

The relay is in the engine compartment fuse/relay box. Swap it out with another relay in the box, erase code and test drive to see if the code returns. IF it doesnt, purchase new relay.

If it does, then you will need to check the wiring between the pcm and relay for breaks, cuts, chafing and repair as needed.

If ok, replace and program new pcm
