The starter fuse keeps blowing. I traced the starter wires

the starter fuse keeps blowing. I traced the starter wires and even had it tested good. i reinstalled replaced the fuse and soon as i connect the battery the fuse blew again. I read in another forum about possbly changing the starter switch?
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: yes
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?

Customer: not sure. i have not checked out the alternator

You have a short to ground in the starter circuit. You will need to find the short. Look for bare wires touching metal.
