Customer Question

I have a 2003 Ram 2500 with the Cummins Diesel. I have progressive electrical problems. First the doors would not lock from the door panel switch if the ignition was off, then a few days later the radio quit. Then my Banks programmer could not get a signal from the diagnostic port. Now the door chime does not work. We replaced the fuse panel this morning and nothing changed. Any ideas?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

With this combination of items not working you can be pretty certain there is no power on the IOD circuit. The problem could be wiring or an internal failure in the integrated power module, if the IPM has been replaced then you most likely have a wiring or connection problem.

Where did the IPM come from?

Has any actual testing been done?
