I've recently rewired all of the bed lights and installed

Customer Question

I've recently rewired all of the bed lights and installed trailer plugs, my problem is I don't have any flashers
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: Turn signals and hazards
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 1999 ram 3500
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have a mechanic friend that has wired many trucks and trailers before
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: His computer brings up a companion code, does this have anything to do with them not working?

I don't understand what a "companion code" means, is there a specific code?

Is it your flashers that are not working or the turn signals and flashers?

Have you checked the fuse and tried a new flasher? Does either flasher make a noise?

I would like to open the repair manual for this but I need to know what engine came in this and is it 2wd or 4wd, auto or manual trans?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
1999 ram 3500, 5.9 cummins diesel, 4x4, automatic transmission . I've replaced the turn signal flasher assembly on the steering column and the flasher fuse in the fuse panel in the cab

Neither flashers make a noise

There are 2 fuses that I see, a fuse #4 in the power distribution center and a fuse #10 in the junction block.

Was a fuse blown?
