sorry for the delay............

Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (akaCustomer and I look forward to helping you!”
.
Rapid clicking typically is a LOW Battery, Bad Connections at the Battery, Starter or Ground.
Just because the Battery & Starter was replaced does not mean you could not have a bad Starter / Solenoid, Gear, loose or dirty connections
You need to retest the Battery & go over all connections before you Jumper Battery or Replace Starter
It is not unusual to get a bad Starter

Battery and starter are new not reman problem started before they were replaced and continues after they have been replaced all parts, including old parts, have been tested and check out. Result is still. Rapid clicking, no start
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
what do we do now?
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 4 months ago.

You never posted that this was a problem before
Please post as much info as possible

Rapid clicking is caused from not enough AMPs at the Starter to make the Starter turn.
IF the engine "cranks" sometimes & "clicks" other times, then the issue will be the Battery Cable to the Starter
Not enough AMPS
Voltage from a Battery makes very little difference
It is the AMPS that make the Starter turn
Either your Battery has very LOW AMP draw, which a cell could be damaged or the Battery Cable is not making good connection with the connectors
Replace cable

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Thank you that's what we were trying next. Will get back to you later if this does not work. Will give you good ratings
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 4 months ago.

Please keep in mind, that Starters NEW or Batteries NEW can still be defective
"Clicking" is when the Starter is trying to engage the Starter Gear to the Flywheel
IF there is nothing wrong with the Engine, then it has to be Battery, AMPs, Cable or Starter components
