07 Dodge GC. Cranks but wont start. No instrument panel

Customer Question

07 Dodge GC. Cranks but wont start. No instrument panel power, no interior lights, ASD relay 'clicking' until fuel pump relay removed, then clicking stops and does not return when ng fule pump relay reinserted. After attempting to start again, 'clicking' returns. Have so far replaced battery(dead) and alternator. Electrical tests and continuity tests show no broken wires/grounds.

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose) I prefer to work when others don't, I am here around lunch and after dinner till after midnight.

With everything assembled and installed. With the key on, unplug an injector and monitor the brown/white wire. Do you get constant voltage or pulsing voltage?

Hi Moose,
Since I'm at work, I will not be able to check this until this evening. Did you catch the part about no apparent power anywhere else on the van? No dash, no interior lights, no door chime.
Since you did not ask me to crank the engine, I'm just going to follow the instructions.
Will advise.

Moose,
First off, I hate being asked to pay and pay and pay for information that may or may not help. This site is quickly becoming my least favorite place to look for answers.
I've already hit many different message boards in researching this problem. On these sites, there is plenty of FREE information. Have you read the entire description of my troubles?
Dead cabin electrical. No lights, no chimes, no nothing. Sounds to me like IPM.
