Fuel line burned from the end of the copper fuel line to

Customer Question

Fuel line burned from the end of the copper fuel line to engine. Where can I find a diagram that lists the parts I need to buy?
JA: When did you last fill the tank? And do you smell gasoline around the engine?
Customer: Too late, but no gas smell until you turn engine over, when it spurts gas out
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 2000 Intrepid 3.2 engine
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Nothing - still trying to identify what's missing/destroyed
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: no, don't think so

can you send me the vin#

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The car is not here - at a friends house for computer .... It's a simple request - need a parts list so that we can go shopping...everything from the copper line to the engine.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Chad - it has been over an hour - any hope of an answer, or do you not have the parts manuals available?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Won't be able get the VIN until after 4pm this afternoon when he circles back to his house....can we put this conversation on hold, since I assume you're using the VIN to look for recall info?
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 2 months ago.

its okay no vin needed now , , sorry i was checking for you , i called the dealer to check , these lines are no more available thru dealer ,discontinued .

2 options

1- off a junk yard car

2- you can buy fuel lines from advance auto or auto zone , and make your own ,

unfortunately that is the only way , the car is 16 years old and after 10 years , they are not required to make any more .

i know that is not the answer you looking for , but that is the situation .
