Hello, and welcome to just answer. Try jumping power and ground directly at the connector for the fan motor. If it does not come on, then the motor itself is bad and will need to be replaced.
Let me know if the fan comes on when you jump it.
Ok, when I get home from work in about two hours, I will pull up the wiring diagram and see where the problem may be and then get back to you.
Ok, I have been looking at the diagrams and see that there is a High/Low fan relay in the fuse/relay (TIPM) box. There are also a couple of fuses ( a 10 amp and a 50 amp), Try swapping that relay with another one, and check your fuses closely.
Let me know what you find.
Under the hood in that black box. Open up the lid and you will see them
Hmmm, the wiring diagram shows relays there. It must be wrong. are there any relays on the fan shroud?
I will look for the diagnostic procedure for that code.
This is the only diagnostic procedure for that code. It requires the use of a scan tool, but maybe this will be helpful.

Hello, just checking back to see if you were able to see the procedure I sent.
