Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

You need a scan tool to get codes. A common problem on this vehicle to cause this problem is a faulty throttle body. I have seen this before on your exact model and I replaced the throttle body and the problem did not return. You will need a scan tool to be sure.
