Radios are VIN dependant these days, locked to the original VIN once programmed.
Your local dealer may be able to link the radio for you, as in get it unlocked, but they will need the DONOR VIN.
Are you able to get the VIN the radio came out of?
I've tried to find a procedure for you, but the PIN is radio dependant from the DONOR vehicle.
Hopefully the seller can give you the PIN.
He should know that, these days.
I don't believe there is another way.
