04 sebring 2.4L dohc ac problems. old compressor worked

Customer Question

04 sebring 2.4L dohc ac problems. old compressor worked great until the clutch failed. got new compressor. no particles in system. replaced. charged ith ac 134a. blew cold air 12 hrs. them it was hot in the cab.drained all refrigerant with vacuum to keep from getting in atmosphere. pulled a vacuum, also took to shop. they said there is no leak. added refrigerant again. ice cold air for 1hr then hot in cab again. what would be the problem...it seems like it is getting low on refrig but no leaks I can find with uv or the shop can find

not sure if it means anything, the electric fans don't come on when I turn the ac on only when the engine heats up
Expert:  xsvector replied 4 months ago.

The AC fans should be coming on. This is likely the issue. Can you jump the fan to see if it runs? This may be a bad fan motor.

I unplugged the temp sensor and fans ran. let them run 3omins with air on, still warm air coming out
