When I shift my 07' Dodge Grand Caravan into reverse it cuts

Customer Question

When I shift my 07' Dodge Grand Caravan into reverse it cuts off
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you noticed any leaking?
Customer: Idk and no leaking. It was low on transmission fluid and I added some. It's also acting as if it wants to cut off while I'm driving
JA: What year is your Grand Caravan?
Customer: 2007
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: If possible. My odometer was reading gas cap this morning. So I replaced and added the transmission fluid
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It does it worse when I'm parked at angle or on uneven road.

is there a check engine light on ?

have you had a diagnostic scan and retrieved the fault codes ?

Check for a vacuum leaks , pop hood and visually look at the air hose between air box and throttle body, and all vacuum line for leaks or cracks ?

Please let me know
