my front left turn signal doesn't work sometimes but the rear turn signal will

how repeatable is the problem?

what you need to determine is if the connector on the bulb is bad (wiggle the connector when the bulb is out) or if there is no power at the bulb when it's not working

theres no power to the bulb when it doesn't work but gets power when it does. also just a confirmation, theres a slight knocking in the lower engine so that's just a crank bearing correct?

THE circuit is very simple with a wire dunning from the underhood fuse box directly to the turn signal, check this wire VERY carefully as corrosion in high salt use states is very common, if this wire checks out then the underhood fuse box is failing
