JA: Have you checked the Freon level?
Customer: It is fully charged

Ok, then I believe that you have a failed evaporator temp sensor. My 2003 Ram had that same problem. I replaced the sensor and it fixed the problem. That sensor is designed to cycle the compressor on and off to prevent a freeze up of the evaporator. Have the temperature sensor replaced i am 99% sure that this will fix it.
