Flashing engine light no start no crank.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Just bought a battery, starter worse, change the crank sensorhere is no voltage change the ignition switch.
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 98 convertible searing 2.5

Customer: 98

Customer: Replace the battery check the starte,replace the ignition switch, check the fuses the relays and wen I turned the ignition switch there is no current going to the starter gust flashing engine light.

You need to get a scan done for codes set.

Could be a key or key reader issue.

Or possibly ECM.
