My anti-theft light is on will not start key will not come out can not get it in neutral or anything
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: No the engine will not turn over the battery is 3 years old this is my
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

Customer: Yes I am stuck at a gas station I have disconnected the battery and that is all I know to do

Customer: Key is stuck in the ignition it will not do anything

how long did you disconnect the battery for ?

did you do this way , try i this way

Master reset Procedure

1- Disconnect Battery Cables ( Negative & Positive Cables )

2- Hold cables Together for 20 secs ,then let go

3- Wait 10 minutes

4- Make sure all doors are closed

5- Reconnect battery Cables

6- Lock & unlock the vehicles using the key fob , if your key is stuc in igntion and u cant , skip this step .

unless u have another key for it

7- Enter the vehicle and attempt to start

have you checked the battery cable and try moving by hand see if ternminal loose

can you check the battery ?

I have a wrecker here now gonna take it to a shop

good i m glad you got some help, they will run a scan and retrieve any fault at shop , there is a ignition switch issue with that model i have changed a few but i can not tell with out testing
