where is this error code displayed?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It is on radio screen
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
still there
Expert:  bill replied 11 months ago.

it means you do not have anything plugged into the AUX port on the radio, if you DO have a device plugged into the AUX port (NOT just a cord) then there is a defect in the radio, the radio is designed to recognize a compatible device(your phone using the proper adapter cable, an ipod or generic MP3 player using the proper adapter through the headphone port, ETC...) and play the music through the radio, SOME radios need you to push teh AUX button to activate the AUX port AFTER you plug in the device, and will display NO AUX when there is nothing plugged into the AUX port

I pluged in a cell phone the music came from the cell phone not the truck speakers
Expert:  bill replied 11 months ago.

then either your cell is incompatible with this older radio OR there is a defect in the radio remember your cell is likely fairly new and this radio is 7 years old which is very old in car technology, and your device was not even on the drawing board when this radio was designed.

i would try another device and if it DOES work then the cell is not compatible with the 7 year old radio if not then there is a defect in the radio, i would suggest an aftermarket head unit if that is the case as it will be far more able to read your modern devices

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
can you make the cell phone compatible for the radio
Expert:  bill replied 11 months ago.

you would need to go to your cell provider for that information they will know what the device is actually capable of doing and any adapters needed, i know NOTHING of your cell only what the radio can do, Remember this vehicle is already 7 years old and today's devices were not even thought of when it was designed, cell providers are under NO obligation to make their devices backward compatible either.
