coil circuit

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
There are 2 green wires for the injectors that have spades on them and are connected to the motor coming from the fuse box don't look factory
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

it goes to fuse #42 in the power distribution center, it feeds a lot of circuits .

oh well , like somebody tried to add ground to them , do u see that on all injectors ?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
inside of the fuse box injector coil fuse supposed to be power on both sides of fuse correct not ground?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Just on each side of block they added groundground. Should I disconnected them grounds?
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

is one is Dark Green and One is Light Green ?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
it is green with line of light green threw it
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Both the same
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Same color that runs to every injector
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

you said 2 green wires correct , just difference in the color green , because if you look at circuit i sent you it says DG/LG so those wires on injector are correct .

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
are they supposed to be grounded to the block?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Im trying to figure out why fuse keeps popping and car won't start
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

no the pcm grounds them , i think you might have bad pcm or wiring to it

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
the dg/LG should not be spaded to the block
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
As soon as I cut 2 wires on block I stop getting power in fuse box
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Are you still helping me
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

correct it should not be, did somebody tempered with it , is it your car did you just buy it ?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
just bought it trying to fix it my brother is mechanic he is here
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
As soon as my brother cut them wires light turned off on meter
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

the wires on the injector right?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I have a test light connected to battery and probe in injector fuse slot. Light on. I cut the dg/LG wires they had spaded and the light went off
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

inside this fuse box one of those relay should say ecm or main relay look inside the black plastic cover , if you take it off does make a difference on the 2 green wires

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It has auto shut down relay or tomorrow shut down relay
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Or tcm relay
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

no tcm,is (transmission control module)

should a ecm or main relay

Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

sorry i did not see u wrote auto shut down relay , yes take that out

Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

what is the mileage on it ?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
with wires connected to block and i take fuse shut down relay light still lights up yes
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
170,000
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

if somebody tempered with wires and you have short it could be any where in the wires, you have to test all the circuits at this point

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I talked to last owner he said he touch no wires it died out on highway driving
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

put a voltmeter on each fuse with key off and check for milliamps , any fuse reads over 0.3amps check that circuit

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I have a light meter
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

with out any testing the most possible cause is the ecm is defective .

but i m not not next to it , but 9 out of 10 that is the case

Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

you will need a voltmeter for that test for voltage drop on the fuses

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
should I leave them green wires connected to block
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

there should be no green wire connected to block , all ground connection to block is black color wires, i dont know what you looking at

so if green it should not be there,

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It is green wire tgat is under fuse for inj/coil
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Do yiu think that wire is shorting it? Should I just cut them and run them together not on block
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
He took a break what is ecm
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 5 months ago.

i m sorry I cant help any further, electrical troubleshooting requires technical skills that i m afraid i cant provide thru this post unfortunatley.

i will open up the post for another expert maybe they can help

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The ASD circuit shouldn't be connected to the engine directly because the engine is grounded and that would obviously blow the fuse. I question whether that's really the case because if it were then it wouldn't have started immediately after someone doing so, it wouldn't have died while driving.
