First of all, since there is only the one fuse, let's start with checking, testing or replacing it. It's the fuse #42 in the TIPM.

Since the voltage regulator is within the PCM, I suggest you first remove the alternator, take it into an auto-parts store and have them bench test it for free and rule that out.

Where did you read that is what that code meant? I get code P0630 as "Vin not calibrated into ECM".
