My 2002 Dodge Diesel 3500 looses power, I replaced the fuel pump and it is not working either. Not sure the reason.

Are you referring to the lift pump that you replaced? If yes then have you tested for 12v and ground to the pump? Also what codes are active in the ECM? This will require a scantool to retrieve the codes so we can see what's going pn..
