I have a 2001 Durango. P0205 and P0305 codes. The igniiter 1

Customer Question

I have a 2001 Durango. P0205 and P0305 codes. The igniiter 1 and 5 seem to have the same resistance of 13.8 ohms . Using a screw driver to listen, it sounds like #5 it ticking like #1. The wire and connector look good by inspection. Any ideas?
JA: Have you scanned the code? Have you tried to reset it?
Customer: Yes done both
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I want to fix it myself but all I have doe is inveatigat. I haven't replaced anything.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Dodge Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

Have you tried hooking up a noid light and seeing if its getting voltage and a pulsed ground?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No I haven't . I Dont have one, but I can go get one.
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
If it isn't getting that, what would the next action be?
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

I assume you have a multimeter since you checked resistance. Can you check for power?

Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

I can go through the whole hypothetical scenario if you like but you will have to open a new question if your guess work is wrong. Id prefer if you just check and find out what your actual issue is vs me going off your guess work of thinking its not getting the signal.

I used a multimeter
I got a reading the same as I got on number 1 ignitor
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

Care to devulge that number?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It said .7 on both if I did it right.
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

Thats not voltage. I want to know if you have voltage coming to the injector.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I will have to strip it back apart again and check what number should I be looking for? If I'm not getting a voltage on number 5 what do I do next?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I am on my way to church so I will have to do that later. I am just looking for advice on what steps to try next.
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 5 months ago.

Why are you so concerned with next? Im not going to go through ten hypoethetical situations for the price of one question,. If you like I can opt out and see if another expert will or I can offer you an additional service at an additional cost for all of the other hypothetical situations.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Because I'm not at the car right now and I can't get to the answer that
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No...I am done with you. I Dont want advice for $50
