Customer Question

I recently replaced the battery in my 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES, and now the radio turns on but has no sound, also the factory CD Changer doesn't turn on
JA: Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: Yep, and still no sound
JA: What is the model of your '00 Dodge?
Customer: ES
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I have checked the fuses, took the radio out and check all the connection points on the back of radio, checked wiring throughout most of car, in places were the wires have an attendance to break, and still nothing.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Not that I can think of
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Dodge Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Does the CD Changer Lights flash?

Do you have the Premium Sound (amplifier)
There were 2 different locations for the AMP
Right Rear, behind Wheel Well
Right Front under dash

Also Test Fuses 4, 18 & 19, located in the Inside Fuse Panel
