Any codes in the TIPM?Chris
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
not at this time
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.
Ok, this may be a TIPM issue. What kind of voltages are you seeing on the transducer signal wire? (Light blue with a brown stripe)
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ill check later this afternoon thanks
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

Ok, I will keep an eye out for your reply.

1.3 ac off then 3.7v max ac on Goes from 3.2 to 3.7
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

Those voltages look normal. What kind of pressures are your gauges showing?

Chris

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Starts out normal 250 275. Then climbs to 350 400 low side around 30 all the time
I do not believe it is cycling off at all
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

Then there must be a restriction in the condenser or somewhere in the high side. I don't think that this is electrical. The fan is coming on / speeding up when the pressures start to climb?

Chris

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Fan stays the same speed. The data list shows its at 4000 rpms
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

If you put a fan in front of the condenser or spray water on the condenser do the pressures come down to a more normal reading?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
they do but not for long
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

Ok, and it blows cold inside?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
always cold
Expert:  Chris replied 1 year ago.

Ok, then replace the Vistronic fan clutch. Sounds as though the computer is commanding the fan to speed up, but you say it does not. I Think that will take care of it.
