Customer Question

I have an 04 Dodge Ram dually, I'm having issues with my a/c, when driving it will blow a very light stream of air whether it's a/c or heater don't matter. It just won't adjust to different levels. So my question is, is it the blower motor that I should replace?

Hi. You may need to replace the blower motor, but the blower resistor is much more common. I would first access the blower motor and apply power and ground directly to it and make sure it works before replacing it.

maybe try the resister first, if not that then it's the blower

I would do the resistor first. But then check the blower motor operation.
