Hello and thank you for the VIN! I recommend to start by checking the parking light circuit first and then moving into the dome light and radio issue. I can help you with those as well. However, as far as the parking lights go, check for power coming out of the headlight switch on the black/wire with yellow stripe with the parking lights turned on. This circuit feeds power to the parking lights. If there is no power on this wire leaving the switch with the parking lights turned on, check for power going into the switch on the pink wire with red stripe. This gets power from the 20 amp fuse number 8. Here is a wiring diagram.
