Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! You could have quite a few things going on. You may have an ignition switch, wiring, power distribution, able or connection issue but it sounds as like you may just have a dead battery. Relays will often chatter when the battery is almost completely dead, and it isn't uncommon for a BCM to fail and causing lighting or power lock relays to chatter and kill the battery.Have you tried a jump start or a known good battery?
