Hello and thank you for your question,

In order for the engine to start and you need good spark to the spark plugs, injector pulse , proper fuel pressure and good compression. Can you check each one of these and see which one you are lacking and post back with the results and I can help you determine the cause.

Okay so the engine cranks over normal but you are not getting spark to the spark plugs?

What size engine are you running?

no

The most common caused for the lack of spark on the 3.9 is usually a failed coil , that being said before you replace any parts you are best served to test it. I have enclosed the test steps in the link below. Copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view it. Run theses test steps and let see if in fact the coil has failed.

Yes I saw that , you are still going to need to check the power and circuit to it. Follow the steps I sent you .

If after you run the coil test and it checks okay the the other known cause can be a failing distributor pick up plate. That would be the next thing to check if the coil and circuit test okay. See those steps in the link below.
