Did you replace bulbs with same type? Are the front parking lamps working?
If front parking lamps are working, then tail lamps should be working as well since they both run off the same power circuit and fuse. Can you give me a little history on how this condition come to be? Also, what was the reason for replacing all those bulbs?
OK. You mention a trailer; were all the trailer connections made through the Trailer Tow relays, or by splicing into the existing rear lamp circuits?
By "pigtail under rear bumper", do you mean a factory-installed trailer connector?
Can you clarify that last post about "after market"?
Great. Everything looks like it's supposed to on the truck side. Check fuses 32, 33 and 34 in the fuse box under the hood as shown in the attached graphic. 33 is probably blown and if so, you'll need to check the tail lamp circuit on the trailer for a possible short to ground.
