Hello and welcome to just answer. Do any of the windows work with the master switch or the individual door switches?

Chris

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no none of the windows will work but the mirrors will move and the power door lock will not work.
Expert:  Chris replied 11 months ago.

Ok, try this before we do anything else: Disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset the door modules. let me know if that works.

okay

No that did not work.

Ok, let me look at the wiring diagram and see what the next step is. Do you have a 12 volt test light or volt meter?

Chris

There is power going to the motor when push the button up or down on the driver side.
Expert:  Chris replied 11 months ago.

Ok, then do you have ground on the other wire at the motor connector? If you do (have power and ground at the motor) then the motor itself is bad.

Chris

If you do not have a ground, then check for broken wires in the black rubber convoluted boot between the door and the body of the vehicle.

I didn't check to see it had a ground when you call for it to go up the ground should be the other wire going to the motor?
