Hello, welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name is*****'m a Certified Auto Technician with 28+ years experience. I will do my best to assist you. please keep in mind that I may need to ask questions of you before I can answer. When you reply please feel free to add as much detailed information as possible pertaining to your concern.

Is the recently programmed FOB the only one that causes this scenario? Or does this happen with all fobs?

Where did you have it programmed at? the dealer?

lithia dodge in college station

The start and stall is a symptom that the fob did not program properly or there is a malfunction in the Immobilizer System. At this time you will need to have it scanned by someone who has access to a factory scanner. If you can post any codes retrieved here, I can help you determine what will need to be done to get this fixed...

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions...

Thank you,

Robert

Since you had the dealer program the fob, I recommend to visit them to have it diagnosed properly..

Keep me posted...

Thank you,
