Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You may have a handful of things going on but it may be as simple as one or more blown fuses It isn't uncommon for fuses to blow due to incorrect battery or jump start connect technique. It's also possible that the radio itself has failed and there could be an issue with the steering column module preventing the lights from working.

Most likely you have one or more fuses that are blown. Have fuses been checked?

checked fuses all have power

Head lights work so do tail lights
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 9 months ago.

You've checked fuses in the power distribution center as well as the integrated power module?

Do the power locks and interior lights work?

The one in the front and back

they work

You have multiple problems then.

Do you have a test light?

Do you have a full capability scan tool?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
to test light no to scanner

Are you able to remove the radio and test it's power and ground feeds?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 9 months ago.

It's going to require electrical testing to determine what the problems are.

If the interior lights and power locks work but the radio does not then odds are the problem is internal in the radio.

The other issue is most likely either the multifunction switch or steering column module.

Putting in battery wouldn't cause this or jump starting it
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 9 months ago.

Yes, jump starting or installing a new battery could have caused the problems. Incorrect jump start or battery connect technique can instantly damage any electrical component. Radio failure after battery disconnect or jump start isn't at all uncommon.

How much is it to get scanned normally?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 9 months ago.

A shop would most likely charge 1 hour of labor to diagnose the problems.
