Good morning and welcome to JustAnswer!!

When you press the start button it should crank over until started then stop.. WHat exactly is going on?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well the plastic on top of the button fell and my wife pressed the button without it and it's stuck and I can't unstuck it to turn the car off
Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

So the push button in the dash came apart and it was pressed without the top and is now stuck? To turn the engine off you will need to pry it up then press it again.. Can you pick it up with a small screwdriver or pick?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The only thing that came apart was the plastic cover
Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

The black plastic around the button? Is the button stuck pressed in?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yeah just the top cover and the button on the dash is just stuck in like when u press it but it won't pop up
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am trying to send a picture

In order to turn the engine off you will need to pry it up with a knife or screwdriver then press it down again.. If it continues to stick you will need a new button but note that the button is not removeable so you will need to try and pry it up..

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm trying that but I'm afraid that is going to break...
Expert:  -Brad- replied 1 year ago.

I attached the directions to remove the KIN button.. You may need to try and disconnect it and see if the engine will shut off... But either way I would replace it since it's broken..

I hope this helps,
