lightening bolt on dash only comes on after 1+ hrs of driving once car is turned off and back on it goes away. Is it the throttle body? car has 145k on it.

As for cluster lamps inop, depending on whether just the cluster lights are out or if ALL dash lights are out (radio a/c control etc). It could also be caused by a failed headlamp switch.
A scan using a factory scanner would be the best way to tell if the cluster or headlamp switch is bad...
its just the cluster lights . radio is fine and the odomter is fine just the lights for the dash when you turn the lights on when its dark.
Ok, then the repair would have to be instrument cluster replacement...
