Turbo went out and was parked a few months. after replacing turbo there is no oil pressure.
Is there any history of the oil pumps loosing prime . bad check valve or ect. ?

Ok thanks. I personally have never seen an oil pressure reading zero on any Cummins engine and what you are experiencing is not a common problem. Did you have good oil pressure with the old turbocharger installed?
