Customer Question

I have a 2004 dodge durango. The loop pulled out that releases the rear center seat so now it won't fold down. How do I fix this so I can fold the seat down

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The issue may be with the seat mechanism and will require it's replacement or it's possible the issue was just caused by fatigue or damage to the fabric loop.

Was there any damage or fraying of the loop before it failed; were you using excessive force to try to get the seat to unlatch when the loop came off?
