the 20 amp fuse in slot 13 on the left side of the dash. I don't know what tan wire you are talking about

TAN wire at Driver Power Window Door Switch?
are you able to check voltage +

While testing the TAN wire, please test the RED wire also
Test "both" with Key ON

Is this a 2 door or 4 door?

it is a 4 door. do I have to remove the door panel to get to the wires?

Yes:

Remove the trim panel from the inside of the driver side front door.
From the back side of the trim panel, remove the screws that secure the power window and lock switch unit to the switch bezel in the door trim panel opening.
Remove the power window and lock switch and the switch bezel from the door trim panel.
Reverse the removal procedures to install. Tighten the mounting screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.) .

IF your door panel Switch looks like the Last Picture, then you can pry the Switch out & not remove Door panel
