These codes and this problem is caused by a bad PCM. It will need to be replaced and then reprogrammed.

The definition for this code is

P2308-IGNITION COIL #3 SECONDARY CIRCUIT-INSUFFICIENT IONIZATION

Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

This means short "burn time". There are a lot of things that can cause short burn time in a cylinder. For example, lean condition, engine mechanical issues or even bad tune up parts (although you have replaced them). Have you checked for spark on number 3 cylinder? If not, this would be your next step. If there is no spark, then yes, the most likley possible cause would be a bad PCM.

How do i check the spark in #3 cylinder
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Sorry, I meant to say check for spark on number 3 ignition coil. You can use a spark tester or a screw driver and connect it to a ground while you check for spark. You will need an assistant to help crank the engin over while you watch for spark.

How do i do the screwdriver ground trick
Expert:  Amedee replied 1 year ago.

Remove the coil, insert it into the coil and rest it near a ground and watch for spark while cranking it over.
